Services
In all games, Gretchen can be hired to fetch piñatas. In the console games, she has two tiers of service, Standard and Express. In Pocket Paradise, only the Express tier is available.

Pocket Paradise
In Pocket Paradise, Gretchen takes over the services of both the Post Office and Paper Pets, replacing both Fannie and Petula.
