Miss Petula is the proprietor of Paper Pets. She dislikes her job, due to being left in-charge of the store while her parents are away.

Petula offers accessories that can be used to dress piñatas up. In Viva Piñata, she also sells domestic piñatas, all of which cannot be attracted to the garden normally. In Trouble in Paradise, this feature was removed, and all former domestic species now appear in the wild.

Petula can participate in the mini-games introduced in Trouble in Paradise. As an opponent, she will use cat piñatas, including:

• Roario

More research is needed. Details: Figure out what “cute piñatas” actually means. Her criteria is very vague.

As a judge in The P Factor, Petula will prefer piñatas she considers "cute". This includes piñatas such as:

• Galagoogoo

• "Don't listen to Petula- she's always making stuff up and gossiping. How can anyone like her?"
• "Don't let that Petula talk you into buying silly accessories for you piñata. She has no fashion sense."

Trivia

More research is needed. Details: Some have suggested that Petula's fish is Roysten (pet goldfish from Banjo-Kazooie) but I cannot find a primary source. - Admin Jeremy.

• Leafos and Petula do not seem to get along, despite the two sharing a penchant for gossip.
• Petula has a goldfish piñata balanced on her head that is not seen anywhere else in-game. Fish were planned for both the original game and Trouble in Paradise, but were cut both times.
