Fire Weed is a weed plant introduced in Trouble in Paradise. It will shoot fireballs at any nearby piñatas, lighting them on fire. It is native to the Piñarctic, though it can grow on any surface like all other weeds. It is grown from the fireweed seed.
Appearance
Behavior
The fireweed is very aggressive, not letting any piñatas get near it. When a piñata gets too close, it will shoot fire at it. On fire piñatas will run around in panic, until they are either doused with water or the fire goes out on its own. Letting the fire go out on it’s own may lead to the piñata getting sick.

Trivia
- Tafflies lit by the fireweed will turn into Reddhotts if doused with water.
- The fireweed is required to grow to complete the Arctic Green Fingers achievement.
